Like obviously you don't know how a player is gonna play till he gets here, but what player has gotten significant'y better under Johnny Jones?

Hell yeah the excitement was higher this year. We had good reasons to have high expectations for the season, which has been sorely lacking in basketball. No other team on campus has been as disappointing as men and women's basketball this year.
There is no reason we should have missed the tournament with this roster. Absolutely inexcusable. Playing with no effort and no gameplan has been a staple of the Johnny Jones era. His teams have been more mentally weak than any team I have ever followed in any sport. That falls on coaching. Next year he won't even be able to win that many games on talent. By the end of next season we'll be right back where we were when TJ got fired.

Preach all these new bandwagon fans who don't know shite about basketball and only watch LSU when they are supposed to have a good team come on here and think they are a basketball expert. I can't wait to next year so I can talk so much shite to them. They make me sick and their negativity brings down the University and best believe the kids on the team and the possible recruits hear it.

I think you meant we have some "average" recruits coming in while losing Ben Simmmons and possibly Antonio and TQ to the draft. While I don't mind TQ hitting the road, I think Antonio was going to be our star player next year and without him we will be stale as hell. So we should be expecting a average year next year with possibly a worse record than this year. Be realistic brah and stop having a 8 year olds dreams

If I'm reading this right then you think me liking football and baseball more than basketball makes me racist? You are assuming then that I am white so in that you are being racist but it's ok because I'm white so you can be racist towards me. I like football and baseball more than basketball because I played the first two until I graduated high school and just know more about them. I still like watching basketball and have watched LSU for as long as I can remember.
Up until this season I have defended Johnny because I thought he would be able to out recruit his coaching abilities. I was wrong and he can't and we have reached the ceiling with him. I to Hank him for getting us out of the hole Trent Johnson had us in but it is now time to find the guy to take us to the next level.
