It’s not about animal welfare. It’s about finding some random tiger and sticking it our stadium for a massive national audience to see. It does only negative things for the state, the school and the team.

This is NOT about being a peta blue hair, this is about an egotistical governor not doing his homework and ending up with a situation where there won't be a Mike VIII because the Feds cut off the accreditation to have a live tiger on campus.
My take on Jeff Landry is that he needs to be working on the economy, education, and taxes. He needs to quit trying to be Huey Long.

Landry doesn't give a shite about LSU, whether we get to have a live mascot in the future, or anything but promoting himself. This will get him a blurb on Fox News, and in his mind is a stepping stone to making his name a national brand.
