I'm no business man but I'd bet if concessions weren't so terrible, a handful of fans would be more willing to stay at the game longer.

I realize that prices will be high for concessions at sporting events, but it’s really bad. We didn’t have time to eat before the game and decided to give it a shot. $34 for two cokes, two hot dogs, a popcorn and nachos.

Everything was cold and below horrible except for the cokes. Lady at register had no idea what the combos were and even had to ask me to read off the prices for her from the board. It wasn’t even busy. Absurdly overpriced for what we got and embarrassing. We’ll be sure never to get food there again until something changes. LSU can do better than this. We live in Louisiana for God’s sakes. Otherwise a good time. Will Wade is the real deal and we’re witnessing the start of something special.

You really started to lose focus toward the end of the second paragraph.

We normally eat at the games but have decided to pick up a hamburger and eat on the road driving to Baton Rouge. This has really become pathetic.
That's the advertised "Semjase Occam's Razor Special."

The simplest solution is the correct one, which is to eat before you go to the game and don't waste your money on that over priced garbage. LSU/Aramark will quickly get the message.............

It is the Aramark Corporation based out of Philadelphia! What do you expect?

Real solution to the >>>ROT-GUT<<< (not “rock” gut as per heading) concessions is simple: stop buying any of it until positive changes are made. Or else allow street food trucks inside the stadium gates and let these real competitors and fans work it out.

Betwwen the LSU ark game and bball game last night I bought on coke. I'm not eating that garbage.

I've noticed other people's nachos. That cheese looks like radioactive putty

That's kind of the issue, too many people that just aren't employable.

My son and I recently went to the Miami vs. Falcons game at Mercedes Benz Stadium to watch Jarvis Landry play, and they really have the best concessions of any stadium...the prices are insanely low and the portions are nice.

You can get a bottomless soda for $2! There are refill stations throughout the stadium.

You can get a classic hot dog for $2, popcorn for $2, a slice of pizza for $3, and a nacho for $3.

The meal in the original post would have cost $13!!!!

"Despite going to Bama, Larry's a good dude."

Whether or not Larry is a good dude or not is besides the point. He and his local team have a responsibility to LSU and Tiger fans to order the proper amounts of food and beverage, correctly stock the stands, serve hot food hot, serve cold drinks cold, and train the staff in customer service (even if they are crappy temps from New Orleans),
We all know Aramark sucks but that does not give the local operating team a pass for the horrible operations....

What is 'rock gut'? I think you mean rot gut. That's a thing. Rock gut isn't.

Went to the BBall game last night. Two large drinks and a nachos....$19. Wonder if the over/under on profit was $17 or $18???? Nachos were OK, just chips and canned cheese as expected but the prices!! C'mon man I've seen better prices/food in the quad!!

The nacho cheese we got at a football game was a weird waxy unnaturally colored substance.

It was disgusting

you dont realize how bad it really is until you visit other stadiums. Ole Miss has the pulled pork nachos for $8 I think and that shite is awesome. They sell the hell out of it.

That lady would look good in a suit of armour.

In other news, Shannon Bream is wearing ugly glasses.

LSU had this a couple years ago in my section via City Pork. Not sure if they still do this year though.

A&M also has tremendous concessions. The only problem is the lines are so long you miss a good portion of the game after waiting in line
