Fee isn't fixed unless sales are very low. Commission percentage paid per sale. There is a guaranteed fee if commissions do meet a minimum threshold.

No back ground on Temp workers. this is the majority since they ran off the non profit groups raising money for their organizations

Cold food, uncaring workers, poor management planning is a recipe for disaster, which is what we have now with Corp. Aramark and local Aramark team....

Going to cost a lot more thank $4m to upgrade A/V, and TV infrastructure along with electrical, refrigeration, freezers, hoods and cooking equipment for 70 plus stands and another 70 plus portables.

LSU makes minimum of $2.5M commissions from Aramark if the sales are low, but if they have higher sales, they can pay higher commissions than the 2.5. Prior compamy paid approx. $3M the last 3 years as sales were very good. Aramark is leaving tons of money on the table as their operations are horrible, food is terrible and staff is incompetent.

Whether or not Larry is a good dude or not is besides the point. He and his local team have a responsibility to LSU and Tiger fans to order the proper amounts of food and beverage, correctly stock the stands, serve hot food hot, serve cold drinks cold, and train the staff in customer service (even if they are crappy temps from New Orleans),
We all know Aramark sucks but that does not give the local operating team a pass for the horrible operations....

It is a commission based deal with a minimum payment if commission levels are not reached. minimum payment is around 2.5M. If sales are higher, then LSU will get more than this. Prior company paid 2.9M - 3.1M commissions each of the last 3 years. Loss of a home game and loss of country fest will certainly hurt sales and LSU commissions, but so does crappy operations and leaving $$ on the table.
