He never tagged him. Braun definitely touched the plate after the play because the catcher never tagged him. Braun told Jay that as we was walking to the dugout. You could see that initially.

He went back and touched the plate after it was over but not sure the catcher made any tag and he blocked home plate.

You have to have clear possession of a ball to block a base or plate. Runner should be safe because what the catcher did was illegal.

Missed home plate but was never tagged. Catcher also blocked th plate without the ball.
