I don’t remember this.

Evidently, Las Vegas liked what they saw from the Bruins, as the odds for next week’s game have drastically shifted. The Tigers had opened as a 17.5-point favorite but are now favored by only four, according to the Action Network.

That’s not right. The line was -4 yesterday before the UCLA game.

LSU was approximately a 4 point favorite around 2 months ago at Harrah’s. Looks like it hasn’t changed.

Lol, if LSU was playing some nameless directional school from the midwest today, and beat them by 5 TDs, would the line still have moved? Or is it just because Vegas got to see the Bruins beat up on the football equivalent of a drunk 8 year old?

I’m not sure when the line actually opened but the earliest I saw it it was either 4.5 or 5.5. I remember it being less than a TD.

Unfortunately, this is the silly type of stuff you'll see on dandy don since the old man was running his site. I appreciate the effort and fandom, but far too often, they are just comically off base. I started to realize this when I was a teenager and haven't visited dandy don in 20 years or so now. Makes Guilbeau look like a savant. And that dude is always writing fiction about LSU.

Not accurate. Game opened at 4.5.

This site shows the current lines and where the line opened.

Not true. I read it every day, and although he occasionally has a gaff, he is at least as good as most sportswriters. Now, Scott’s dad was grammatically challenged.

The first line I saw was in May. Fan Duel had LSU at -1.5. Almost immediately went up to -3. -4.5 was the highest I've seen.
