Yep. Threw Malik under the bus by going right to him on the final drive.

Subtle “I have a buddy” brag p

Umm, no. A subtle brag is “I’m at the scrimmage”.
Look at this way - if they don’t win it all then Saban is a failure
This was before Dick Vitale decided he should be more entertaining than the games.

Also, Keith Jackson, one of the best ever, on the call.

You let me know when 100,000+ show up to observe an English Lit final.

I bet you are a blast to watch games with.

Question- do you think LSU pays to play?

that's why Bama is on top of the college football world along with Clemson.

Ummm, Alabama is restructuring their stadium and reducing seating capacity

make more than that. 85 grand LOL

Not to play baseball.
Done both (live in Decatur by the way)
My wife and I both agree flying was way better.
2 kids - 9 and 6 years old last time we went.

How did you manage that? Your card is locked out for 18 minutes after you swipe it.

We were refilling our card with dollar amounts each day.
Last day we were 2 rides short on the card. A lady over heard us discussing the refill for 2 rides. She told us not to worry about it and swiped her card 2 times for my wife and daughter. We just assumed it was the 7 day card. Proves now she was even nicer than we originally thought.
Sorry if I confused anyone and thanks for the heads up - I updated my original post
Just got back from a family trip to NYC.
If you plan on hitting 9/11 Memorial, Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, museums I would suggest the NYC CityPass. You can also take a boat ride around Manhattan that goes right by Statue of Liberty - it’s about a 2 hour ride around. One price gets access to all these with separate ticket lines. It worked great for the 4 of us.

Top of the Rock at night is best.

Buy a Subway Metro that is good for unlimited rides for 7 days - around $35 but all can use it. Just pass it back after swiping. (Single ride pass is $3 each - metro card with dollar amount is $2.75 per ride) UPDATE - I was wrong on the 7 day pass- it locks out for 18 minutes after each swipe.

Our daughters are 13 and 10. We visited Serendipity 3 for dessert (recommended on here).
They are still craving the Frozen Hot Chocolate!
The Sugar Factory was also great for over sized desserts.

Grand Central is great to people watch and cool off.

We walked across the Brooklyn Bridge - do it early in morning to avoid some of the crowd. We made the mistake of doing it on Saturday afternoon- mad house.

Take the family to Serendipity 3 on 60th Ave. It's a quirky place that was in the movie Serendipity. You can eat a meal, or just get a dessert. They are famous for Frozen Hot Chocolate, but all of the desserts are top notch. We were in NYC last week with the kids and went there twice. Expect a wait around lunch time, but it moves fast

Did this last night - all of us enjoyed it.
Thanks for the heads up

The museums are world class. The Natural History Museum, the Met, MOMA, and the Guggenheim are some of the most visited. If you are near the statute of liberty, the museum of the American Indian is free and right there. The tenement museum is also outstanding. The cloisters is very cool and is free with a Met ticket. If looking for another show, the Metropolitan Opera is world class. You could also do a comedy club for something different, though your kids are too young I guess. Lots to do outside. Walk the Brooklyn bridge. The highline. Bike in Central Park. Staten Island ferry (cheap with incredible view). Yankee Stadium. Again, so much to do there. What show are you going to see?

Thanks for the insight.

Wife got tickets to Wicked

Dude. New York City is a big place with a lot to do. How about a few more details such as how long you will be there, what y’all like to do, and what you have tentatively planned already? Also, there have been a number of NY threads in the past couple of months. Might want to mine those for specific questions.

Will have 3 full days.
Have tickets to a show one night.
Will visit the 911 Memorial
Top of the Rock.

Mainly touristy stuff planned -
Just curious if there is a “wish we would have done ____”

Thanks for any input.
