I dunno the situation but you can bank that it is either

The beloved Skip Bertman was a coarse, borderline meanspirited hardass at times & famous for his F bombs directed at players in games & practices. From everything I've heard, from former players, he, too, was not well liked during many players' active careers. But as he kept winning & winning, they came to realize his ways worked. CPM has not won a handfull of NC but he is a winner by any definition. If he is such a jerk, why did Dean's brother sign? Nola's?

You missed one:
CPM fricked up on his evaluation of Moore almost as bad as he fricked up his use of pitching in LSU's last two games.

I know Tyler's dad, heck, i used to work for him. He was always gushing about his son and how proud he was of him, and how frustrated he was that Tyler wasn't getting as much playing time. Tyler's dad is a great guy, but i could totally see him being "that dad" on a baseball team that badgers the coach for playing time for his son. Tyler nor his dad probably even realize how they rubbed Paul the wrong way.
I'm not saying this is what happened. I'm just saying it seems plausable based on his father's personality.

I don't know the dad but he did a good job raising a fine young man as a son.
I've talked to Tyler more than any other LSU baseball player and he has always been 100% respectful and polite.

Agreed. The Moore's are great people. I can just see where his dad could rub someone the wrong way.

No idea, just feel a head coach at this level has got be above this kind of stuff.
For the most part it seems as if CPM and drafts are in agreement. Wasn't the case with Tyler Moore.
