When is this moron up for election again?

He's term limited so he won't be on the ballot in 2023. Maybe he tries to be like the other Edwards and run in 2027.

20,504 was the official UGA attendance. We had 21,000+. Their students were grouped together and not spread out like LSU's. And, yes, I did see all the UGA-AU game. Upper decks were almost empty.

The SEC is not going to let LSU go to 50% unless that option is given to every SEC school.

You sound sure about that....

Maybe not

Uhh, that’s factually untrue. The SEC left it up to schools to follow their respective state and local guidelines.

So your theory is that the SEC set a cap at 25% and Bama, or all places, decided “nah, we’ll go with less”?

Isn’t it up to the SEC?

Don’t think we have any control nor do I think a full stadium is too wise.

Pretty sure I read where the SEC is deciding this. Don’t have a link but it was widely distributed. Should be pretty easy to find.

That’s odd, because I have a LINK stating otherwise:
quote:

The SEC released "fan health and safety guidelines" for the 2020 season on Aug. 18 that mandated masks be worn by fans at specified times inside league venues this season. At the same time, however, the league left many decisions about fan attendance up to its 14 schools. Most notably absent from the league's guidelines were any requirements to cap attendance at a certain percentage of stadium capacity. Instead, the league's announcement encouraged schools to determine how many fans can attend games by using state and local guidelines.

LSU had no where close to 21K at the Moo State game. It appeared that UGA didn’t hose any of their fans by sticking them in the upper decks like LSU did. How many tickets did LSU allocate to students? UGA apparently gave their students more or at least it looked that way. UGA also had their full band. It actually looked and sounded like a real football game rather than a scrimmage.
