re: Could Lane Crack Under the Pressure if LSU fans turn? We should calm down.

I don't believe you.

An offensive mastermind and he punted on 4th and 1 to WIN the game. Thats the definition of cracking under pressure.

I don’t give a care what you believe honestly. I’m replying to your comment. What you think has no impact on my life in any capacity.

I don’t “own their own shite” like his original post said before he modified it after I called him out but here I am
1. You don’t make $4M per year. You definitely don’t make $14M per year.
Almost everyone pocketing that kind of money does in fact own stake. I wouldn’t expect you to know that because you sound like you probably work at a gas station & LARP on anon boards by day.
2. My post says the exact same thing it said before. There is a clearly marked (*edit) that adds two words, you spaz: “publicly traded”.
Internet literate people understand what the * means.
3. You are apparently too slow to comprehend that this additional context only drives my point further opposite the one you are trying to make. Probably the funniest thing going on here — that context was added in light of ElCid’s comment, not yours.
4. You’re incredibly insecure about your income for someone who allegedly makes north of $500K annually. Small dick? Inheritance? Married 3x but secretly gay? Bullied by your peers daily? Gotta be something along these lines.

You are so disconnected from reality and it's not even funny.

Let me ease your concern about Lane leaving a bit.
There are ZERO programs that offer a better situation for a HC than LSU.
The NFL on the other hand...
However, and this is just me speculating here, I think Kiffin truly wants to coach his last 20ish years here and surpass what Saban did. And I think he's got a good shot at that.

That changes my statement completely as originally it didn’t state that. The friend of mine is publically traded business CEO

It was one game in year one.
"needing time" is no longer an excuse with the transfer portal, where you are given $40+ million to contruct a roster, you are allowed to bring over all the coaches you hand select, etc... if we were still in the days of mainly HS recruits, i could see needing to give coaches more leeway... that's not the case here
quote:
if the fanbase turns on him now
ain't nobody "turning" on Kiffin.... we would like for him to be more like the Lane Kiffin we saw at Ole Miss, who would have had ZERO problem with going for that 4th and 1 to possibly seal the game...
quote:
there were a lot of questionable calls and no calls
best i can tell you is buckle up, b/c that's not going away any time soon... the SEC is pissed at the shite Lane pulled with the ex-NFL players and how he was trying to challenge the system...
quote:
Lane might be feeling too much pressure
then he should talk to therapist or his sponsor... he's paid EXTREMELY well to do a job, so i don't feel bad for calling him out if he's not doing his job well enough for the standard that we have come to have here at LSU.... he knew what it was when he signed that contract, so you can cry him a river if you want, but i'm not gonna... i'm still very much on his side and believe that he will succeed here, but he's gonna have to be more like the Lane of old, and in a hurry, vs. this new conservative bullshite he tried pulling last night...
quote:
We need to rally and calm down and let him build this program.
i think you way overthinking this... poeple are pissed and dejected and many are saying things that they don't necessarily really mean, but you coming here knighting for Kiffin, as if he needs YOUR help, is weird and sad...

CEOs own stake. Also, I’m not taking your word for it lmao. Why do you know your friend’s salary

Okay so you don’t make millions per year. What the frick was your point again?

Got it so you actually don’t know and are just making lots of assumptions.
Those properties range from $500K to $80M for the absolute top-end outliers, with average of around $15-$30M.
If you have a $15M house, that doesn’t mean you make $15M annually.

In Ft Laud/ Miami directly on the intercostal there are no outliers. You’re right though I don’t know but I based it off his home, dock, boat and weekend home in Isla Mirada. You’re right though I’m sure hes not doing well. My apologies for thinking I knew more than a software tech guy
quote:Really? Dang, I did not know that. However, I just assumed you’d need to be at a certain percentage of that to get a mortgage if you didn’t pay cash for it right?

Really, so they have uniform real estate over there? How’s that work?
I just gave you the price range & the price range is around $79.5M

Move them goalposts bud.

I do know math “dude” and I’m north of that number, and that’s just salary, bonus and benefits. That’s not counting investment dividends, and short term rental incomes. Sorry you’re poor
You are a narcissistic idiot, little boy... I could embarrass you right now, but I'll just let you make a fool out of yourself, all by yourself, because you're doing a great job of it.
The fact is, most Americans work their asses off and don't make shite, not because of effort, just because that's how it is... For you to tell them to get a better job is hugely condescending.
However, let's talk about you. There are a lot of people on this site that
are worth a hell of a lot more money than YOU ever will be. They just don't brag about it to make themselves feel better about their tiny penis. You're just a tiny fish in a big ole pond who thinks he is a whale. Sad and laughable..

I guess sarcasm didn’t get detected. Sorry I’m not an internet guy. Should I have put a * in front of it to denote the sarcasm?

If he can’t stand the heat here, he might need to check his desire to coach
Posted on 10/11/26 at 3:47 pm to AlaTiger
Blake is the one cracking under pressure.

I’d love to some threads from 2001
Saban and Jimbo were booed out of the stadium at halftime of the 2001 Ole Miss game. It was deserved because they were being ultra conservative and it was losing games. The next week they opened up the offense and set records.
99% of the criticism from yesterday is derserved. It was a pathetic coaching performance all around

The sarcasm was detected, you just have really terrible reading comprehension.
Hopefully not an important aspect of your LARP job.

quote:you’re absolutely correct. There are. There’s always a bigger fish and I’m perfectly fine with that. It’s part of our economic basis. I’m at a point where I could go higher up if I chose but at my age I’m choosing not to as I want less work stress in my life. Meanwhile there are some I work with at 70+ who still want to keep going. Personally, I’m aiming for 55 and out. So I don’t begrudge anyone who makes more.

Feel free to fire away at me if you need and want to. Personally I don’t care either way. Has zero impact on my life.
