He’s a football coach. He’s been here before. There’s a strategy in everything. The book tells you to use this as a turning point or a learning opportunity or something. He won’t crack. At least not until he takes all our money.

Lane knew what he was getting into when he took this job. He's already said that multiple times. I think it's the opposite for him, he embraces the pressure.

If he can’t handle it for the money he is 1) being paid and 2) being given to buy players, then he needs to find a new job selling ice cream or something.
