This is kind of an interesting thing. It will definitely impact strategy at the end of the game. I like our chances with a veteran coach who can manage a game very well.

They still stop the clock in the final 2 minutes of every half now

Get ready for a lot of games ending when players forget the new rule. I trust Kelly to ensure this doesn’t happen to us.

So they want to speed gameplay up so they can add more commercials?

It’s just a TV show now like the NFL.

I'm not a huge fan of this. You'll see fewer comebacks, which is an exciting element of college football. You'll incentivize conservative play with leads.

Better solutions: quicker replay review. Max 60 seconds to review a call.

Reducing halftime to 10 minutes.

Players who go out with injury cannot return to the game until the next possession. This will disincentivize faking injuries.

I thought the NFL should adopt the rule, not NCAA take it away.

This will only affect it a couple seconds more than it does right now, the clock starts when the ball is set and the past 2 years the refs have been pretty damn quick about setting it. Still stops during last 2 min of each half

Not a fan of this. And also, what’s with all the shortening the game crap? Baseball I can understand; it’s a slow paced sport as it is. But why would I want to shorten something g that I look forward to year round? It’s like implementing changes to shorten sex time. Who wants to have less fun doing something? Got to be money related (extra commercials).
