I also missed on some punctuation in my post. Just curious, how did you decide which of my errors was best to point out?

Almost. 5 syllables, 7, then 5. You had 4/6/4.
Jokes aside, agreed.

I’m sure he has a severe concussion at minimum.

Are you being serious?
What in the actual fk?
You think because he is athletic and has a strong arm that makes him a good driver? My god, I hope that you aren't being serious. If so, less your heart.

I’m no legal scholar, but I’d assume that being involved in a collision of this nature could generate probable cause and consent would no longer be necessary.
This is almost certainly true regarding BAC, at a minimum.

They absolutely should be checking to ensure they are not serving someone underage. They also should absolutely not be taking pictures of their customers and blasting them around to friends and on Snapchat.

sadly, he is…being a qb(and tbh not a very good one at the college level up to this point) has nothing to do with how well you drive.
i put his statement as one of the dumbest on trant in 2025

If they were worried about firing bartenders that they thought served under age kids they’d go out of business lol

Today I learned that I'm probably a good QB because I'm a great driver.

I think that people think that they have to process alot of information quickly and also react physically very quickly, so they should somehow be good drivers. I can see how one could draw that conclusion, but that doesn't make it right.

Others, of age, at the bar, could have been buying him the drinks. I wonder if this scenario would absolve bartenders or the restaurant of any blame. Is it their responsibility to check someone’s ID if they notice someone that’s of age buying a drink and giving it to someone else?

it's the day after and no one in media is doing any more digging on this story

Everyone involved is supposed to be immediately kicked out in this scenario. And yes, it’s the bartenders responsibility to stop serving drinks if they are being handed to an underage individual.

how do the bartenders tell who is legal drinking age versus the underage without checking the individual before serving ?
Wristbands or stamps. Have you ever been to a college bar?
