Can we get a condition coach for the pitchers arms?
Pretty sure that’s Travis Roy
Travis Roy is in his fourth season as the strength and conditioning coordinator for the LSU baseball program. In his three previous seasons, LSU has earned three NCAA Regional appearances, two NCAA Tournament National Seeds, won the 2017 SEC regular-season and tournament championships and advanced to the 2017 College World Series Finals.

Will Davis of Lamar said this week that he has 7 pitchers out with sore or injured arms.
Proof that it isn't just us. Thanks for the info.

I may be the only one but that just struck me as humorous.
"Zach, you're welcome to go to Alabama but you've got to find your own transportation. You can't sit on the bus and get all of us sick."
IMO sounds like he has a 24 hour bug and he'll be fine in a day but doesn't want anyone else getting sick. I've had several of those in my life and they suck. But fortunately, with IV fluids, I've always been back to normal in a day.

Paul Mainieri says Cole Henry was going to move to Friday nights and Zack Hess was going to the bullpen. Obviously that’s out the window now #LSU
Lmao yea right, it’s funny that while it was a possibility he wouldn’t do this but now that it’s “out of the window” he claims he was going to. This guy is pure comedy gold.

The 1995 baseball team got food poisoning in Oxford. Played one or two games with pitchers in the outfield/batting lineup. Only had about 12 guys on the roster that weren’t vomiting/diarrhea.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't have similar thoughts about that statement.

just when you think things are looking up.

I know this isn't strictly an LSU issue, but are pitchers more fragile today than in years past?
It’s a player safety issue just like we are seeing in other sports. We are more aware of long term effects of what used to be standard practice and are adjusting accordingly.
It sucks to have your best guys out but this will only get worse as the years go by.

I mean what was stopping him from doing this before? And why is it “out of the window” now? What a joke.

You got to be fricking kidding me. This just isn’t normal. I’ve always been on other side of fence with this issue but holy frick we have more injuries than the football team does week to week

sorry I know you guys are sensitive when I talk about your religion and it's high priest, paul Dunn.
people would be retarted to send their kid to play in this meat grinder known as lsu practice

Perhaps my memory is just foggy with age, but I don't recall pitchers being so delicate 15, 20, 25 years ago

Kevin Abel from Oregon State is out for the year as well.
