Well if there is one thing we know is O has no problem talking to recruits. Can't hurt as long has LSU has the funds to pay that recruit.

The circus is already cranking up, and not one game has been played. I know there is an infatuation with O by many, but I wouldn't touch that clown with a 10 foot pole, and wouldn't let him anywhere near the program.

This may actually be it in a nutshell, BUT, I think it could also be that Lane Kiffin sees himself as a modern day Nick Saban. Saban would take old head coaches and old disgraced assistants and put them on the shadow staff of rehab. Remember, Kiffin is a product of this rehab program.
