Coach O comments on why Ensminger deserves a raise

Per Advocate article today:
"I wouldn't have this job if Steve Ensminger didn't do the job he did as Offensive Coordinator last year "
It seems like all O thinks about is how things impact him personally instead of how it impacts the team?
One thing about Miles is that he never seemed focused on the impact anything had on him personally. He always put his players and team first.

That's why every time a job opened up somewhere, Miles turned it into a raise/extension for himself.

He's scratching and clawing right now. He is making sure everyone knows Canadas offense. And quick to mention Ensminger succes. Dude is in so far over his head grabbing at anything to keep a float.

I have respect for Ensminer. He has always been loyal to LSU even before this shitshow. He stayed humble and didnt want any limelight

I know that this may seem petty, but this:
Does not justify giving someone a raise. I understand that O is being a good ole boy and trying to give credit where it's due but he has more important things to focus on right now than giving his buddy a monetary bonus for getting him the job. I'm sure Ensminger would appreciate O getting his shite together and keeping his job so he can keep raking in $400k (? I have no clue how much he actually makes) a year for coaching tight ends rather than getting a $25k raise and getting canned along with the rest of the staff within a year

with what's occurring on the field now, no coach should get any raise or extension at all. The entire staff may blown up after this year, almost certainly after next year. Why should we be handing out extra money?
