Give the man a lifetime parking pass. Was time to go but he did a lot for the program. He blew many games but he gave us 10 years of national title expectations

That's fine but in the short term, he doesn't need to be close to the program. Just kind of awkward with players he recruited. 5 years from now? Sure, let him be more visible.

I applaud CLM for being able to take the high road. It has to be difficult still living in BR and bringing your daughter to campus, but he has $11m reasons not to worry.

This. Les still has a lot of love for LSU and has handled this situation with the utmost class. He needed to go but too many people in our fanbase act like he was an embarrassment to the University and shouldn't be allowed too be associated with LSU anymore. Having Les Miles continue to support the University is actually a good thing.
