8 months of neglect and debauchery by O; unacceptable that LSU program could ever put a product that bad on the field.

KJ Costello will have that game saved on DVR for as long as he is alive

10 years from now--hell, maybe even 5 years from now--people are going to look up the SEC record for passing yards in a game, see KJ Costello, and be like

Brennan sucked

Yet many many people still believed in him as our starting QB going into 2021. What in the frick?! 3 of his starts resulted in 3 losses against State, Missouri and Troy. Let that sink in.

I agree, and also think that until we see a better defensive product, I am not buying into an epic turnaround!

Our defense did suck most of last season and more specifically was not good in the state game but let’s break that one game down. State turned the ball over 4 times to LSU’s 2. They kept giving LSU opportunities to win and MYLES BRENNAN failed over and over to capitalize and put it away. We should have won that game in a sloppy ugly “Les miles” type of way. We had the game in the bag in the fourth quarter and Brennan let us down. The defense did enough in the moment to put us in position and the QB failed. FACT

Brennan didn't start against Troy. He came into the game 3rd quarter with the Tigers trailing 0-17, and threw a TD pass to start a "comeback."

Boy were we bad!!

And that was when we had a quarterback who could throw. Now we don't.

Don't let facts interfere with hate.

Brennan's play last season would have been the talk of the nation, if we had a competent defense.

Incredibly KJ Costello was considered one of the favorites for the HEISMAN after that game. Those Heisman hopes were utterly dashed the next two weeks following ugly losses v Arkansas and Kentucky.

I remember when LSU went out to Arizona State in 2005 and Sam Keller absolutely torched LSU's secondary for almost 500 yards. Tiger fans started Keller's Heisman campaign that evening.

I tried to get that game out of my memory forever- too many flashbacks to the days of Lou Tepper!!
That being said, Pellini should have refunded LSU most of his salary for the shite show he put out on the field last year!!

It was mind boggling how shitty the O line was during that game.

So embarrassing...
