Great post. But unfortunately the ones who need to read this won’t ever see it and we will have the same ole football minded fans bitching in the baseball game threads yet again. I’m just thankful that I’m a big football fan that fully understands how different the game of baseball is than football. Midweek blowout losses to Northwestern St does suck, but it means nothing in the grand scheme of things in baseball. Every National championship winning baseball team has lost multiple games to inferior teams they had no business losing to.

With some of the rantards on here, regardless of your post and how accurate it is, it won’t matter one bit.
They will be questioning the decision making of a HC that’s won 2 titles in 3 years and talking about how LSU will do good to make it out a regional.

In 2023 when the team lost to ULL in a midweek game, TD acted like LSU Baseball should shut down forever. Same thing happened last season when it got run-ruled by NSU.
