Has any school ever kept a coach on but just lowered the next contract amount due to performance?

Nothing screams confidence in your coach to recruits like lowering his pay.

Can we just delete your tigerdroppings account so we never have to read anything you think of?

I would rather raise his pay but fire him tomorrow.

They gave him a 7 year contract he’s not going anywhere. I take that back. They gave Kelly a 10 year and that didn’t mean anything.

I saw the post about the LSU basketball budget and was thinking that would help the budget out

Has Chicken ever deleted and banned someone like the OP due to lack of performance?

Let the season play out and if it goes as badly as last season you'll get your wish and McMahon will be let go. Until then, we're 9-1 and doing pretty well.

This was the 1st year we had needed NIL support. So if that will continue and we make the tournament, we have our coach for now.

That’s basically what happened with Kelly when he donated $2mil to the collective

He’s already one of the lowest paid coaches in the conference

He makes like 3 million a year how much lower do you want to go? The amount isn't the problem it was the 7 year contract that was crazy
