Can we give props to O for delivering on his promise?

He said after Ole Miss he learned that you couldn't micro-manage and you had to let your staff do their jobs.
Last night he let both coordinators run their game plan with very little interference, if any.
Talk about refreshing.

Well as a former coach, I noticed a few things:
1) He didn't have a play sheet, and no way he knew the plays well enough to interject.
2) When the offense was on the field he did not do much talking, and if he did, it was to players.
3) He wanted to kick a FG and Canada talked him into going for it, as stated in the presser.
