Can we agree a season that ends with uncertainty of making tourney isnt acceptable at LSU?

Paul got a pass in 2011 bc of the title in 2009.
But are we all in agreement that seasons where we dont even know if we are going to make it in or not, those seasons in and of themselves arent acceptable here??

Yes, LSU should always make a regional and should always have enough talent to make it to Omaha, however, the Omaha or bust mindset is absurd in this day in age of college baseball and not realistic at all. Winning 5 nattys a lifetime ago doesn’t hold much weight in the current climate and the days of skip are not replicable.

I'd accept it once every 10 years or so, but only if we had a couple of national championships sandwiched in between, which of course we don't.

Simply saying that this year’s team in particular, is just simply overrated…

I would up that to say that LSU should be hosting a regional 8 years outta 10. Not necessarily Supers, but there's zero reason for us to not be a regional host year in and year out.

Not having a LHP on the roster is unacceptable. That was 4 seasons ago, the apologists didn’t want to hear it

Who would say it is acceptable?
Duke basketball finds this unacceptable as well, but Coach K is still there...
