I will listen.

And don’t just tell me he raises a lot of money. Lots of people can do that.

What good thing has he done since he was hired? Why do I get angry every time i read something from him? Does he actually raise money?

No. And his shitiness goes so far beyond this basketball fiasco. He was and is extraordinarily under-qualified to run a major academic and research institution like LSU.

Bingo. And that’s what posters like the aforementioned Lester and Roger Shrubman don’t understand

F King is a mouthpiece for he BOS. People who are upset with him have their ire misplaced. He was hired by the BOS and he does their bidding, why people don't understand that confounds me. He can't take a crap without their approval.

He actually sucks at raising money, so cross that off the list.

There is no defense.
quote:

The goal after the Yahoo! story broke should have been for Alleva and FKing to hear Wade's side of the thing, then to make an INFORMED decision about Wade, the BBTeam, and how to move forward with NCAAcompliance. Incorporation of a conference call with the NCAA assured FKing beyond-a-shadow-of-doubt he'd receive no additional clarifying information or explanation from Wade's camp. It assured FKing he'd not hear Wade's side. It assured FKing he'd be acting solely on basis of information from reporters with a very sketchy history of accuracy, and who were sourcing a shyster lawyer whose motives have nothing to do with accuracy or truth.

Unless the decision was already made to fire Wade, the tack chosen (or accepted) by FKing assured failure. Failure to attain facts. Failure to attain a fuller understanding. Failure to be able to make a well informed decision. Failure to control the PR narrative instead of responding to it. Failure was 100% assured! There could be no other outcome, and if the decision had been made to fire Wade, why suspend him? Even that fails.

There is an old saying, "Failure is not an option." For scenarios FKing involves himself in, it seems he creates no option but failure. The guy is a disaster. LSU has been sullied under his watch.

Tbh I’m pretty detached from any LSU related stuff aside from athletics. He might do good things for the school that most of us who aren’t students wouldn’t know about.

I try not to underestimate how difficult it is to run the LSU system without proper funding and with the La. legislature getting into your business all the time.
I have talked to people on the new BOS and most of them like F. King, which I don't understand. I am aware of how much information the BOS get each month and all the challenges they try to confront and it is a LOT.
However, I do not think F. King has the leadership ability to overcome the challenges LSU faces, which are plenty. THis is before I even get to his/ Alleva's failures on athletics.

I’ll take your word for it. I haven’t been on campus in years. All I know is I hate Alleva, but then I hear Alleva is just FKing’s peon. So I hate FKing, but now I hear he can only do the bidding of the BOS.

I’ll just hate everyone.
