The official LSU football youtube page had a video with that specific audio, but it was removed due to a copyright claim. Garth Brook's record company is very strict about the use of their songs. You can torrent the song, if you know how to do that.

Amazon music is the only streaming service that has the rights to Garth Brooks. Free with prime, 9.99/month without. It has all of his music, including the live version of Callin Baton Rouge.

I liked when they played Pink Floyd in the stadium. 
I like all kinds of music, just not country. If it were really up to me it would be Tool, Rage Against the Machine, Beastie Boys, Run the Jewels, Metallica and sure, I wouldn't mind some 90s and early 2000s hip hop in there. I would think of you when they play it too if it would make you feel good.
Eta: Actually, I prefer the band over all of the piped in music.

Pretty sure that particular version of the song is from when he played at the PMAC early 90's.

You may not like it, but that doesn't make it a terrible song. You don't become the best-selling solo album artist in history by writing, or in this case covering, terrible songs. Terrible songs don't reach #2 on the American country music charts.
