I've felt this way twice this year. Ole Miss and Vandy. I'm not getting excited anymore.

It's going to take LSU scoring more than 24 points against a Division 1 school and scoring touchdowns from the 1 yard line instead of turnovers and field goals before I can start feeling good about this team.

7 games in and they can't do this, so pessimism is my default until they prove otherwise.

I’m personally embarrassed and pissed. I defended this team a lot throughout the year.

I still think we have capability to be damn dangerous with the personnel, but coaching and effort has completely numbed my expectations.

I hope the Tigers can prove me wrong. Meanwhile I’ll just expect a sloppy loss

This is just a terrible matchup for us on both sides of the board.

-Mobile QB (track Star) with Elite WR
-Good rushing team (remember Ole Miss & Vandy?)
-Sack heavy front 7

Weather my slow their offense down which is great but it will most certainly kill ours.

Fans will be very loud and vocal tomorrow night … right after the first 3 and out or bad play.

No offense but i cannot see on what ground anyone felt we would beat Vandy. I do get the fact that we are facing aTm who is better than Vandy probably. Its a situation where everything lines up is why I also have the gut feeling we beat aTm. I have successfully picked both lsu loses in the pick em. Im telling you lsu will win tomorrow.

LSU

Night game
At home
20-1 at night
We just got our asses handed to us last week.
Tigers gonna be hungry for first time since I dont know when.

Tigers win....

Then we get skull fricked by Bama, barely squeeze out Arkie, beat WK and lose to Oklahoma.

8-4 going to the inaugural "who gives a frick bowl". And like clockwork, Nuss will opt out when he should have been benched weeks ago.

Depends. If we lean into our strengths on offense. Green, Berry, repeat. If we keep trying to force shite we don’t do well, this will get out of hand quickly.

Same here. Breakdowns of the Vandy game exposed fundamental problems that can't be fixed at this point of the season.

Vandy game was just piss poor fundamentals on defense and terrible 3rd down D. Hopefully Gooden & Butler help.

Offense actually looked decent sans the last two drives where Sloan choked.

I think we have the talent and pieces, but we just can’t come together as a team. Thats why I’m numb

Aaron Anderson has been quiet. He needs like 8 targets over the middle tomorrow

AA should definitely be in there some to mix it up. If we make them heavily cover Berry & Green it could open some things up for Anderson.

We are missing our "Quarterback" of the defense. If the D-Line is "back" against a run first offense, that could make the game closer.

Chester will still be in the mix with the OLine, and, that simply is not a good thing.

Despite this being Chester's third season (along with being the full time center last season), I'm just not seeing his performance being aligned with the smarts demanded of all on the OLine.

I don't think Am is better than Vandy.
Tigers at home in the mud may win ugly.
