They also need a chance to run behind that starting line that opened up massive running lanes as oppose to the 2nd and 3rd string lines.

Pretty sure they have had that opportunity in fall camp

And show some patience instead of barreling forward on carries

BK would have played them due to seniority on the team

Gage didn’t look particularly great. The RB2 spot is still fluid.

The difference was pretty crazy. They would get stuffed on first contact, Jones is ahead by a lot.

I think Caden will eventually take #2. I am puzzled by Berry. He is obviously explosive, but can't seem to find the field often. Especially for the #1 RB in the nation out of HS.

Durham is too hesitant and small imo. He has speed on the edge but he rarely gets there.

I wonder how much nil he got.

Jones took his opportunity when he had it. That’s what good players do. It’s not about fairness. He took the position and barring injury he likely won’t give it back.

I agree and I still think Berry can cause problems.

Just feels like a message is being sent to Berry, and perhaps he didn’t put in the work needed to to overcome his smallness, lack of competitive snaps(dating back to HS), and fumbling problems.

I thought Gage looked like the #2 guy kast night. Hopefully Berry and Caden get going. We are going to need everyone for a run

You said in another thread on the recruiting board that Jayden Miles isn't Lane's type. Can you tell me more what you meant by that?

There was zero discipline and accountability under BK. That ain’t the case under Kiffin if you not doing your job or performing well on practice you ain’t playing that simple

Disagree, I think Berry looks way better and is being sent a message.

Durham just has no power or wiggle to break tackles, nor does he seem like he wants to.

Neither will be here next season. They don’t have what Jones has
