I’m a big fan of fly overs and know we have some military pilots that post here

I would venture to guess that it was below the harddeck?

Correct. Altitude is supposed to be 1,000 feet above the highest obstacle, so in this case 1,000 feet above the lights on the field. That C-130 was much lower than that.
