Bring back the TD radio show

Not sure how long the original one actually lasted but it would be great to see some of these posters argue back and forth about LSU Athletics. It would be radio gold to hear O haters and O supports argue it out for our enjoyment.

The Rant is a blast but a radio show would drive me crazy. I don't think O supporters would listen and engage for long.

I’d be all about that. Need something better than that garbage 104.5 radio. Could do it as online radio show and podcast. No real ads, just TD posters screwing around and talking LSU

It’s so easy to start up a podcast these days. It could be like PMT, but discussing TD topics and users.

there were 2, baw
karma and i hosted a pre-game show on 1210 in 2007
then when i left BR he moved to another station (1300?) and held the fort for a year or so, until gustav killed the station

Perhaps 104.5 got the idea for “The Huddle” from TD. When the Rant radio show was on, we’d have an in-game thread for the show and Slow and Karma would answer questions we’d ask in that thread. As far as I can tell, the Huddle has been very successful for 104.5.

yeah technology has allowed a lot of things like that to happen via live streaming. we weren't the first to do it (there were already internet radio stations that had message boards they'd interact with)

The pre game show was when it was at its best
The daily show was fun but karma likely turned much of BR off trying to talk so much NBA, especially then. You gotta play the hits and unfortunately the BR crowd loses its shite if you go a day withhout some kind of LSU football topic.
