I am sure no one is surprised by you feeling that way especially since it's your norm.

BK "We can't expect to win games against top teams like TN throwing the ball 85 yrds" I agree with him. After that he says, "We have to look at out coaching..." I, again would agree with him! Lastly, he really tells us the truth by saying, "...Daniel's will be ready this Saturday!" Talk about a coach in denial! Here comes 4-2.
Isn’t running the ball the way to keep a good offense of the field?

So you wanted him to just hand Brennan the job not let the three of them compete for it.
Brennan came in third in that competition by the way. No way he “retires” if he’s the backup.

Are you trying to criticize the coaching when the team is clearly better than they were the previous two years as a direct result of better coaching?

Whoa, buddy no need to put down his son.

This did not go well for your professional opinion Les

You are a fricking idiot. Congrats

Yeah, it's a coaching issue,
What is he to do? Fans like you act as if every coach has a "Joe Burrow" button. Hit the right button and your new QB will win the Heisman.
Kelly has Daniels or Nuss. That's it! Both of them are very flawed. Daniels seems to have the yips, and can't throw the necessary routes, and Nuss is a turnover machine. The coaches had to pick one and see if they could coach the weakness out of him. Obviously they are seeing progress in practice that is not showing up yet in the game.
When to give up on Daniels and start the Nussmeier project is a fair question. I'd guess that with about three games left in the season, if Daniels hasn't shown enough improvement, they will give up and start preparing Nussmeier and Howard for next year.

In the last game they should have, at the very least, bootleg him and/or throw right, middle and left screens. But no imagination for a certain type of player is to set Daniel's up for failure.
Screens and bootlegs are usually a bad idea when a team is rushing minimum and spying the QB.
Auburn always makes the game ugly, even on the historic 2019 team they made Joe Burrow look average for that one game.
The one thing that may help, would be splitting the TE wide a few plays or running him on a vertical and coming underneath with WR’s. Daniels is the most risk adverse QB I have ever seen (which may not be a bad thing with this Defense).
After the last 2 years, I had pretty low expectations, but from what I see, I think we are trying to look more like UGA and less like our 2019 team.

So in what we have seen from our backup at this point, you feel like a swap would be beneficial? I'm not knocking Nuss here, just curious if you really think we would be better off?

Great, now I can’t stop reading all of this in Condon’s voice. Thanks.

you guys have such a short memory. we finished the season with a WR at QB. O left Kelly with a pile of shite. We have a transfer QB, one who has repeatedly shown has the skills but isn't ready yet, and one who got fat and lost his desire to compete and quit. I think some of you would rather lose games just to see the ball get thrown inconsistently than play who give us the best chance for a win. If you cant see the improvement on this team since Kelly took over then you really should just go buy a Florida or USC shirt and follow the coach you really wanted.
