It seems like all parties expect it be resolved Wednesday. Realistically there is still a chance it goes to trial, but that seems less likely

I mean.. I will agree that I didn’t hear Kelly outright state in explicit terms that he expects Holly back. However, the way he said “if it gets adjudicated next week, it should be over with next week” certainly indicates that he expects a favorable outcome. The only way I can see it being “over with” next week is if the charges or dropped or reduced. In either case, I would expect Holly back.
If they move forward with the felony charges I don’t think it would be “over with” next week considering they haven’t even set a trial date yet.
He also went on to say “I think when, hopefully this gets taken care of, he’ll be able to come in and work his way back.”
So yeah, Kelly left the door open by saying words like “hopefully” a few times but I don’t think Moscona’s takeaway is nearly the “outright false statement” that some of y’all are making it out to be.

Not really. They expect the status of the case, thus Holly’s status to be resolved.

Well Louisiana can’t do anything right or drags their feet when it comes to this kind of stuff so it won’t matter if Holly actually is innocent he won’t play a down this coming year.

I mean that’s the point of their meeting with the judge on Wednesday. It will either be over with at that point or it will go to trial. Seems premature to say he won’t play until after Wednesday

You don't think there's any chance he spoke with BK off air for a minute or two before or after the aired interview? Maybe got an honest off-the-record assessment of Trey's case when mikes weren't live?

Hoping judge just drops the charges. This seems way too fishy. Did he shoot a gun or not? Was he thuggin or was he just with the wrong people at wrong time?

He specifically said on Kelly told him on AFR. And Holly’s lawyer came back with specifics that seem to counter Moscona’s statement

Not True - Moscona reported that Kelly hopedTrey will be back in 2025 pending proceedings scheduled for Tuesday.
