For me it's the PR. He hung Miles out to dry for weeks and then took all of the focus off of the players after the Yale win by discussing the Wade situatuon with a reporter.

Dude come on man. he dialed chris dawkins and made sure the FBI was recording. That is a proven fact. Will was just shooting the breeze and everything he said was taken in the wrong context. Will didn't do nothing. It's all Alleva's fault.

You keep bringing this up. Is there something inherently wrong with being recorded by the FBI? For all you know, you've been recorded by the FBI at some point.

King may well be the real problem but Alleva certainly isn't making it any better. First there was the botched firing of Miles at the end of 2015. King was quite possibly behind that. Then there was the inability to find a replacement coach even though he had 2 or 3 months to do it. Now this.
The hiring of Johnny Jones is in that timeline somewhere too and there are probably other transgressions that I've forgotten about.
Oh, and after the Duke lacrosse scandal, who in their right mind would hire this guy in the first place?
