The big question now is, will they get the loser's bracket game in tonight? It'll take about an hour to finish this one, then there's a mandatory break before the next game, which has to start before 11:00.

I don't see it resuming until about 11 PM (1000 or 1030 to get on field then warm-ups), but they only have about an hour of play left - unless SLU rallies and it goes to extras.

The southern part of the blob is pushing east rapidly. The rest will follow. At the most, Rice and SLU should be able to resume their game by 11p.

Here is something that bothers me.
In the Clemson game the fans are complaining the runner tagging at 3rd left early. First off he didn't, but what bothers me about it is that the throw was way off and even cut off. Even if he slightly left early, which he didn't, it really shouldn't be something to gripe about. He could have stayed an extra split second longer and still been safe by a mile. I just hate nit picky arguing when there is no play regardless.
If it was something obvious and excessive then okay.
And I'm not even upset with the appeal. I actually wouldn't have an issue if a team appealed every tag situation. I almost think it's worth doing just in case and it only takes a second. Just the complaining over a score where there was no play regardless is what gets me.
