I think both Bryce and Wofford are bad plays. Bryce can't hit a breaking ball. Hes struggled. Problem is it's a coin flip. Who else could pinch hit? Breaux maybe?
Not sure what I would have done in that situation. Glad bain is OK. Have to get that glove up as a pitche .

Well, Bain caught a line drive right in the face.

Bain definitely lucked out big time. Could have been much worse. It wasn't a flush line drive and it glanced off his face. Good for him.

The ball that hit Austin Bain came off the bat at 95 mph, per TrackMan.

or Reynolds should have been the first to come in especially if Riley got in trouble after the long inning that tied it. Not Norman who has not had much work lately. We were putting out an APB on him during the SEC tourney. if you had to rank our relief how would you have pitched them. Cause what Paul did didn't work.
Norman would be last man out. No way he sees the field unless LSU is up or down 10 or more.

You would think they would put some ice on Bain's face to keep the swelling down.

It was vs UF in the 14 inning game.

His best game in a very very very long time. He should never pitch here ever again
