Our QB cannot get them the ball and our OC cannot design plays to get them the ball. It's ridiculous that Jake fricking Peetz had the ability to do this but not Denbrock.

It's pretty clear that Nabers is Daniels favorite reciever. I'm a little worried this will bite us in the arse in recruiting

Jesus. Its like some of yall wanna to completely ignore the resurgence of the run game as part of the reason for our recent success. It hasnt existed in our offense the last 2 years. Obviously we are stilling missing great offensive pieces, like at qb, but come the frick on. Pretty solid rebuild from kelly so far

Couple thoughts to consider:
Bech was coming off a leg injury and limited in play for the first 3 games; and Boutte missed a game, has a crappy attitude, and has dropped like 10 balls already including 2 touchdowns that are the difference between 4-1 and 5-0 right now.
We will be fine.

I think Brian Kelly thought he could turn Daniels into an actual dual threat QB.
JD is simply too set in his ways to be anything other than what he is.
I'm not saying he should be benched, but Kelly and Denbrock need to make sure Nuss is a viable option. JD has now gotten hurt two straight games.
We're gonna need Nuss more and more as the season wears on.

It is sad and concerning. A 3 fold reason for this imo. First, Kelly made a bad hire with Denbrock. His little system make work at Cincy but not with the big boys. Second, As above Denbrock system isn't fit for our league or talent. Third and maybe the whole reason we won't know until next year or a change is made, Daniels is Jefferson with better wheels. Refuses to go off his first read, runs first it seems a lot and is widely inaccurate at times. Drops at wr don't help.
