Coaching presser words not used at LSU's podium in a LONG time, if ever:
(Confession: hearing LSU HC speak made 'it' twitch)
No "soft tissue" injuries (controlled practices to mitigate concern of over excited coaches/players returning, don't do too much.)
"Climatized"
Focused on what we are asking them to do (technical and tactical aspects)...getting "the programming in" so that we "hit play" when we play FSU then play fast
Feeling good about how to practice the right way
Physical preparation (weight room, nutrition, performance) but mental performance equally important, and "mental preparation is the weight room for the brain".

In regards to the previous post about Boutte, I believe that CBK has set firm boundaries AND that KB understands and accepts the responsibility fully. First practice in obviously the learning curve is still in front of him. I think that's great and to some extent I hope that beyond practice the learning curve will always remain in front of him striving to achieve consistent improvement. CBK seems to tell us and them how it is. This is refreshing so that especially the team understands exactly where they stand and where they need to be heading. Geaux Tigers!

In the recorded one they posted they cut something out for some reason. Right in the middle of him talking about Boutte it jumped to BK talking about practicing down and distance
