Easily Woodward, but that's not because Woodward was great.

Alleva, at least he didn't bottom us out like Fat Scott did.

The AM game will be the lowest point of a home LSU football game for a long time, maybe ever, in my opinion.

Woodward was an LSU guy and loves LSU and at least he meant well, even if all of his moves didn't work.

Alleva didn't give a shite one way or the other about LSU.

If Alleva never hires coach O 2019 never happens.

Actually, the lowest point in football at home was losing to Troy State. Wasn't Alleva in charge then?

Which he only did because Tom Herman backed out at the 11th hour.

I'd say they both had their good moments....

Alleva for hiring Coach O and Will Wade.
Woody for hiring Jay Johnson and Kim Mulkey.

I'll never forget Alleva's nickname during the coaching search after Miles was fired...Joe "The Search" Alleva...too funny.

Woodward fired Wade for no reason and would not hire him back

Alleva lazily hired O and LSU wasn't performing all that much better in 2017 and 2018 than it was with Les. THE SINGLE BIGGEST REASON 2019 happened was not because of any decision Alleva made, it was LSU's OC recognizing he was not the guy to modernize the offense and that LSU needed someone to do so. They unknowingly struck gold at the time by hiring the unknown guy who was the exact right guy at the exact right moment.

If O, independently, was great 2020 and 2021 never happen either.

I remember witnessing Joe Aleva getting heckled out of the PMAC after he suspended Will Wade before the last game when we were about to win the regular season SEC crown. I can't tell you which one was better, but I can tell you which one was hated more.

Yep, and that was homecoming. We paid them to come and beat us at homecoming.
