I root for the whole sec when its bowl season. I root for whomever is playing the condoms. I used to like meeeeechigan. Sometimes I will watch a game b/c of a player too.

Uga, (live in athens) LSU (grew up in BR), Air Force (i went there fresh year) Oregon (mother in law lives in Eugene). I pull for all SEC teams out of conference.

BYU and the SEC and whoever is playing that if they win will help our rankings.

IMHO, this is the "simple" order of who to root for:
1. LSU (this should be understood)
2. Whoever is playing any team that is currently ranked ahead of LSU
3. UNLESS, LSU also plays the team ranked ahead of them, then pull for the higher ranked team
4. BUT, if LSU plays both - then I'm torn (I'll take suggestions)
5. Anyone LSU plays
6. SEC school
7. Whoever is playing USC or ND
8. Louisiana school

But the Real? is who do I root Against in College Football? and that would be USC and BAMA. I don't care who there playing and I don't know if I would even watch a USC vs BAMA NC

florida state...i almost went there for school, always liked bobby bowden (going back to when we thought he was going to end up at LSU), and as a kid thought their uni's were the best in college football......okay, well i still think their uni's ar the best

Michigan and Texas are my favorite non-LSU schools although I don't really care for Rich Rod so Michigan may soon drop from this list
I also root for Florida State and would like to see Nebraska and Washington turn their programs around because of their coaches.
USC was second favorite team until 2003 and now I find myself rooting against them every time I watch them play.
If I had to pick another SEC team to root for it would be UGA except for this weekend because I like Coach Richt.
