There have been great players here in the last however many years and I’m sure those players have turned into even better people. Even those players who have transferred. I would love it if we could use this space to celebrate them and support them. Apparently, Marks daughter is pregnant and crushing life. I saw Carly Hoover just recorded her 800th career Japan strikeout. So many good things to celebrate, which is what is as fans spend 4 years doing with them. Instead of arguing and dragging players through the mud… let’s celebrate with them. Be joyful. Remember that this is a game.

Jada Richard and Bella Hines certainly weren't.
What is being said about Berzon isn't just shite being thrown at a wall by disgruntled fans. At least 2 of us in this thread have been told the sams story by trustworthy people.

3 players named in this thread.
The first is Berzon who, god forbid, was criticized for leaving for greener pastures and "mocked" for her new team being knocked out of the tournament. Honestly, that's pretty darn normal for a fan base. Poor taste? Maybe. Out of line? Not at all. After some back and forth in which it was floated that she left due to a serious personal issue, that was walked back, and then someone pointed out she was not coachable and was not a great teammate. But, all of that happened after people got bent out of shape for the casual, "ha ha, she left and got knocked out" talk.
The second is a former 4 year player whose father is on the board attempting to tear down the entire program. He's making accusations of sexual assault and not only has no concern about the damage to the program, that appears to be his intent. He cares so much about the issue that he won't give the details of who did what and what specifically the head coach did that was unacceptable in response. He hasn't clarified if he's doing this in alignment with his daughter's desires, or in opposition to it. But, given that most fathers would never put their daughter in that position, I think it is safe to assume that Emily is probably right there in line with her Dad wanting to take down the program.
The third player is a former pitcher playing in Japan. I haven't seen ANY criticism of her in this thread.

Kids that portal in softball for playing time are one thing, starters either want money or are a cancer/bad teammate! Obviously, there are one offs that don’t fit in that category but most do.

I disagree. It isn't fair to speak for Emily since she isn't here to answer questions. But this is what I was referring to earlier. Her dad comes in here guns a blazing and Enily is going to catch some strays regardless of what she thinks.
I have put 2 and 2 together and figured out who Mark is referencing in his accusations. Both individuals are at least 2 years removed from being a part of the program. Now seems like an odd time to try to tear it down from the outside.

Well, I know that this rumor has been going on for at least a few years from ONE of them. Don't know who the 2nd individual would be.

Its pretty simple. You can either believe me or not...I dont give 2 f**ks. The facts are simple.....and assistant coach was having a sexual relationship with a then current player. The head coach knew about it and didnt fire the coach. Matter of fact help them.get another job.....oh and like I said, this coach did the same thing at a previous job
I have dedicated a good part of my life to helping girls and coaching girls. I take a huge amount of pride in PROTECTING girls....ALL girls. So when something like this happens I find it disgusting....not only by the person with the power over a player doing it....but also disgusting that a superior just either ignored it, condoned it, or swept it under the rug. Ask yourself if you would send your daughter to a coaching staff that doesnt protect their players from sexual predators? You want to build the program to the place it should be.....you have got to get rid of the shite thats keeping it down. Trust me, many travelball coaches know all about this.....do you think they would send there kids to play for those type.of people. Just so you know, from 2014 - 2017 I think 9 players on the LSU roster had played for me. So there was a time I beleived in Beth.
Now you can try and tear me down....maybe even take a couple cheap shots at my daughter....if that makes you feel better. But at the end of the day, those who say I am trying to tear a program down are just ignorant. What kind of program would you have if there was a sexual assault investigation. In MY opinion Beth should resign and walk away, not because she is a bad coach...but because she did something that is morally wrong!
Oh, my daughter had a blast at LSU....she has life long friends from her playing time there. Doesn't regret 1 minute of her time there....and neither do I

You keep saying stuff like this, and claim to have valuable information of something terrible happening, yet you are also sitting on it. How is that "PROTECTING" the girl that was the victim, or future girls from walking into the same situation? If you ask me, you share a part in the blame.
I'm not saying you should be blabbing the info here. You have already said entirely too much, and this thread probably should disappear. But you are criticizing a lot of people, only to be sitting on the same info yourself.
