Yep....just a washed up travelball coach. Yep wanted to coach in college, and wanted to do it for the right reasons. I didn't need a job, thats for sure. Maybe I can coach, maybe I can't
You also for details and names, like you deserve them, as you hide behind an alias....lol
I am easy to find and get in touch with. But I can assure you, if the right attorney gets a hold of what went on with the issue.....you wouldn't have to worry whos the best coach....you will be looking for a new one

Nothing wrong with wanting to coach. Something is very wrong with holding a grudge. That is pathetic.
I’m guessing your daughter is the soft hitting LF that played at LSU? Ironically, I remember people complaining about her bat and bashing Torina for having a player like that.
I guess she also hates Torina?

All you have to do is put the info out there. I like Torina. I don’t want anything to happen negatively. But, truth is more important. If she has done something wrong, it needs to be exposed.

Yep...soft hitting player. Just played almost every inning of every game, hit in almost every spot in the line up...including 3rd her sr year....played left field as a freshman and centerfield every game from sophomore year till it was over and made 3 errors I think in 4 years Then led the USA JR. National team in hitting for 2 straight summers. Played professionally for the scrapyard dogs. Yep thats her. Stick with trying to tear me down....lot easier for you.....she is way out of your league!
As for holding a grudge....no grudge...just dont think she is a good coach. Then as time went on realized how phoney of person she is, then this stuff that she let go on, and didn't nothing about....made me sick! Trust me, any male coach would have been fired and never been allowed to coach in college again.

He texted me the other day to congratulate me on Emily being pregnant.....I responded with...I have nothing to say to you....you know what went on....and you sat there and watched it too. He said....we are old friends....sorry that ruined our relationship. Does that sound like an exchange a guy would have with me if he thought I held a grudge against him wife?

Have stayed of these message boards forever....I could have bashed so much of what she has done as a coach...I could tell you that the ELITE travelball coached have zero respect for her.....you say...what does that matter.....well the elite teams....have kids in the world series still playing. She will never bring LSU to the level it should be. Like I have said....college coaches say its probably one of the top 5 jobs in the whole country.

I agree 100% with you LSU is a top 5 job, you are absolutely correct imo. On the other stuff I don’t know the details but I trust that you would know since your kid was here.

well i guess this kills the narrative " she is a good person eh?" All i know is the outside beth and dealing with her professionally in regards to travel ball, camps, her late night pitch lessons, etc on the outside in many endeavors. Seems like you have inside info.
what you see on the surface may not be what lies below. interesting yet sad if true.

I wasn’t tearing her down. I pointed out that Beth was criticized for having her in the lineup. Lots of opinions about needing elite talent and not a soft hitter playing LF. That happened.
Nevertheless, what is your daughter’s opinion? She needs to get on here and let people know rather than have her daddy speak for her. But if she won’t, at least let us know her opinion.

Well unless your daughter agrees with you, you kind of fricked her over. But, I’m guessing she agrees with tearing the program down. Sounds like you have good reason to. So have at it. How about you name names like I’ve requested.

So, did Woodward or Alleva know about this when they were AD? If so, then the problem lies with them also, maybe more than Beth.
I still think a decison will be made after next season. Recruits will not commit knowing she has only one season left on her contract and has not been extended.
So, either they will extend her after next season, fire her, or she will resign. The only way she would possibly stay the two years without an extension is if she decides to retire.
Btw, Emily was a great player for LSU.

I doubt daughter agrees with him. I think she had a blast here.
Sometimes, kids just wish their parents would shut the hell up about stuff. I think this is one of those times. Emily was adored by the fans here, especially all the little girls that she signed autographs for after games. Unfortunately, many people have to add the caveat "we loved Emily, but wasn't she the one who has the loudmouth ex-travel ball coach dad?"
Sir, if you don't want your stigma attached to your daughter, maybe you should stop talking and sit a few plays out.

It's HIGHLY likely that Beth had to defer to the administration. Then, she had to sit back and take all of the heat from people like this Mark Griggs guy because she had to tow the company line and let the legal process work out.
The fact that she's still coaching is pretty good indication that she handled everything correctly. But, people with agendas will use anything they can to tear things down.
But, I'm open to truth. So, let's have it. Let the guy get it all out there.
