so a player that has absolutely no jumpshot and cant score from outside 3 feet of the rim... is going to be better than a guy who will always be in the conversation of the greatest basketball player of all time.

I will with you brother, the OP doesn't know greatness when he sees it for 15 years straight.

There is nothing Lebron isn't good at...

9 straight NBA finals...

4 time MVP

3 time champion

wake me up when Ben can make a 3 pointer and take over a game

There were plenty of things he wasn't good at as a rookie and outside shooting was one of them.

I mean, isn't that the whole point of basketball and athletes as technology, strength training, medicine, and techniques evolve? That's generally been the case across all major spectator past time sports in history.

I'm a Ben fan but he hasn't put the work in to learn to shoot the ball from any distance. His FT shooting is much worse than it was here. It must be a mental block and man what a mental block it is for an NBA player............

He will be a goat by the end of his career. Funny thing is, last rumor was Lebaby might go to Philly.

Step away from your crack pipe.

He isn't built like Lebron to bang inside...too lanky right now.
Sure as hell doesn't have any where near the range.

AND still no where near MJ, Magic or Birds intensity and will to never lose. They hated losing. LeBron has been said to “get lost” at times in games including playoffs. That is what separates killers from other great players.

Kobe was the last player that hated to lose at spit ball contests.
MJ, Magic ans Bird we’re determined to break your will and make you quit.

There are no players in today’s game like that.

Such bittersweet sentiments about him after his career here.

Bump. See LeBron’s performance tonight. Just a reminder that Ben has a ways to go to catch him. Just sayin..

Well, no shite. LeBron is in his 15th year and Simmons is a rookie. Try comparing their rookie years and you will find a lot of similarities. I can't believe people in this thread are trying to compare the two now.

To all referring to Lebron as lebaby, lebrat, etc. you should stop. You instantly lose credibility. You sound like a butt hurt 12 year old.

If you want your statements to be taken seriously lose the bias and childish nicknames.

The dude literally can't shoot the basketball. He will never have a moment like Lebron did last night, and will never be the guy to take the final shot. Unless its a drive in situation. Ben Simmons will be a great player for years, but will never sniff the likes of the top ten players of all time.

I dislike Lebron severely, but Ben Simmons has about as good of a chance at being considered better than him as I do of making the NBA.
