What's this have to do with LSU? The guy was here for 2 seconds...

Yeah, it's all about personal stats, that's what he's all about. He certainly not worried about wins and losses, that's his legacy at LSU, look at me I am great.

Has anyone ever done a 20 20 20 game before?

Wilt Chamberlain (1968): 22 points, 25 rebounds, 21 assists

In div2 college ball:

Manute Bol: 32 points, 29 rebounds, 31 blocks

Quad doubles are even more impressive to me. Here are all of them that I know of.

David Robinson (February 17, 1994): 34 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, 10 blocks
Nate Thurmond (October 18, 1974): 22 points, 14 rebounds, 13 assists, 12 blocks
Hakeem Olajuwon (March 29, 1990): 18 points, 16 rebounds, 10 assists, 11 blocks
Alvin Robertson (February 18, 1986): 20 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists, 10 steals

I don't think he'd make it through a Wade camp and Wade wouldn't let him have special treatment. There's a good reason that he didn't go to Ky. or Duke, and I don't think it was his godfather.

You are a fricking dumb arse!! To say that one of the best ever coming out of high school (and now showing tremendous PRO ABILITY) could not have made it in Wade's camp is downright stupid

Why hate on Simmons? He had JJ to play for and realized that was shite. He would have loved Wade as a coach and Wade would have done wonders with him.

I don't think the guy would have endured.

Sure the guy has talent, but he basically came to LSU and took the year off.

Wade pushes kids, works em hard, makes them run and lift weights. He makes them play defense, practice rebounding, diving for loose balls.

I might be wrong, but I can't see Simmons doing all that at LSU.

Talent isn't the problem.

Simmons didn't transfer to another school and bring on sanctions to LSU like Earl did.

First rookie ever to have 5 triple doubles, does it in the first half of the season, yet doesn't make the All-Star game? That also puts him 3rd in number of triple double behind Westbrook (14) and Lebron (7). That's insane.

Gotta dissagree there. For someone to add 20 rebs and 20 assists to a 20 pt game takes an incredible skill set. Way more likely a big man adds 10 blocks or a guard adds 10 steals to a triple double imo. Just the rarity of a 20 assist game combined with it would have to be a big man to get 20 rebs.
