Correct I haven’t seen him on any roster this spring. It looks like he may be taking the year off or isn’t playing anymore.

I don't think many will complain about an ode to gorilla ball, and some flamethrowers on the mound. If the sec wasn't so stacked up this would seem like a year we'd be a easy top 5 team. Sec is going to probably eat a lot of their own this year.

Arkansas, Auburn, Miss State ...could you run through who they return and newcomers they are counting on?

I’ll post a little overview of each of them tomorrow morning.

Arkansas
Returns 6 of top 9 hitters. Martin and Kjerstad look to be potential all americans. Have a couple of transfers that may win starting jobs in the lineup. Another very solid lineup.
Return 2 of 3 weekend starters both true sophomores this year. A little bit of attrition in the bullpen and not the best recruiting class last year so that's an unknown.
Mississippi St.
Returns 6 of top 9 hitters depending on who you counted as starters last year. Very solid and veteran lineup this year...hitting will be their strength. Along with Arkansas this is the best lineup in the West.
Return only 1 of 3 weekend starters. JT Ginn who will be a draft eligible sophomore. Lose a ton of bullpen depth and will be counting on newcomers for innings. May be similar to 2015 LSU team that outscores opponents on most days.
Auburn
Return 7 of top 9 hitters. Not a ton of pop in this lineup but they are solid and hit for 2B's with high efficiency.
Return 3 of 3 weekend starters. For a majority of 2019 they didn't really have a true Sunday guy but the projected Sunday starter is a returner. Have one of the top returning closers in college. They have some talented arms and I think they'll like to play some low scoring games.

SEC EAST
1. Vanderbilt 22-8
2. Georgia 19-11
3. Florida 17-13
4. South Carolina 15-15
5. Tennessee 12-18
6. Missouri 10-20
7. Kentucky 7-23
Random post, but I’m so glad to see Kentucky projected to be terrible. I had the displeasure of dealing with their head coach a year or so ago at my business when Kentucky was in town and the guy is literally the biggest dickhead I’ve ever met in my entire life. I hope they go 0-30

Ole Miss jumping into the fire right away.

Didn’t Kentucky go something like 20-0 a few seasons ago, only for the wheels to completely fall off and crash and burn? Or is my memory exaggerating their record?

Kentucky started 22-0 in 2012 but it didn't amount to anything.
I'm sure there were a couple times before that with Cohen and Henderson.
By all accounts Mingione took over a pretty good roster in 2016-2017 and completely let it go to waste.

Mingione is definitely one of the biggest dickheads in the league....especially with cohen no longer coaching. I also root for his failure

Mingeone is a piece of shite. He’s not well liked among other sec coaches.

Good to know. I definitely have a rude posting style on here, but I'm very nice and easy to get along with IRL and he was the only coach out of the dozens I've met in my line of work that I didn't get along with.
He's a miserable, abrasive, no-personality gigantic prick. I'm assuming his awful personality caught up with him and no one wants to play for him at this point

Id say most of us are pretty nice and easy going irl. I just play a dick on here

I passed by some cops trying to wrangle a possum on the way into work this morning. Gotta be a good sign, right?
