Hopefully this afternoon gives some of y’all perspective. After the greatness of last season and the shitshow that’s been this year, the last three Saturdays have been gifts from above.

Wish we could’ve at least had a televised scrimmage today

I’d rather no LSU football than the shite show we’ve seen so far this year.

I can’t stomach another defensive performance like we witnessed in our two losses.

The OP is downvoting you because he wants you to see how “lucky” we are with this overpaid staff.

When I accidently found out after work that we lost to mizzu on a 4 try goal line stand I never watched it. First game I haven't watched in years.

No I just think it’s stupid that people were actually happy about the cancellation. But I’d rather just enjoy all the bonus-season shootouts and worry about our next DC later.

Watching us lose to Mizzou was sickening. I thought MAYBE the State game was a fluke. Mizzou showed me the State game was no fluke. We are a bad football team. Am hoping we can at least improve.

It is definitely ruining our brand. We don’t give up 600 pass yards to an unranked team. We don’t lose to an unranked mizzou team giving up 600 yards. We don’t rush for 1 yard in a half. This isn’t LSU brand football. We’re better than this. In reality, all we lost players and coaches, the record this year should be no more than 3 losses. At this point, rallying and getting shite together we’d be lucky to make 6 wins.

Seriously, what is is going to take for Pelini to get fired? We can’t keep hoping it gets fixed. One more embarrassing loss on the defensive side, he’s gotta go. We’re lucky to have an offense and good special teams or else we’d be getting totally destroyed.

I really wanted to see the adjustments and how the staff responded or the fix after the two weeks since MS.

Nope. That is most certainly false.

It’s not only that changes were not made. The defense in fact looked worse as a unit against mizzou than it did against state. State has a vet QB with a different style offense. Mizzou had a true freshman QB that was previously their 3rd string. They gashed us all over the field air and ground.

Considering COVID was also a “gift from above” I’d say the last 3 Saturdays have been nothing more than a “frick you” from above.

Should’ve cancelled the season so we could’ve held onto that national title another year. That would be better.

Yep.

Though I’d bet many weren’t fans during the 80s and 90s to appreciate what LSU football has become.

While i agree with you in that context, there's no reason we should be this bad. thats the problem i think most are having. a week off may help to improve the season

Give it to Emery 4 straight times and let him run to the EZ.

100% he gets in on 1 of the 4 downs.

Nobody on the Missouri defense is fast enough to catch him.

Ensminger/Linehan.
