So, #LSU still plans on having more than 60,000-75,000 people in Tiger Stadium.

No chance that will be allowed in Phase 2. JBE will address that with an Executive Order.

Do you not understand what he just explained to you? They're not going to spread every single person out six feet from one another. It will be groups spread out six feet from one another.

There is no way they get 60% during phase 2.

Agreed, I think Verge is speaking out of turn on that.

Sec not allowing that many and considering pro sports have no fans I would lean more towards that

I’d love for football to be played in front of a decent crowd, but do the math. The seats are about 18” wide. Are the plans to maintain social distancing?

So 70,000 people in Tiger Stadium during phase 3 but no high school football?

Great! Don't go. Nobody cares.

These are the facts about Coronavirus:

1. 99.8% who test positive in the USA recover with no problems and most have no symptoms;

2. No college or professional athlete in the USA has died from Coronavirus;

3. No one under 21 years old in the USA has died from Coronavirus;

4. High risk group are people over 75 years old with serious existing health issues and this group should take all proper precautions;

5. About 40,000 to 80,000 people die each year in the USA from the common flu. Death numbers for Coronavirus are overstated from fraud and counting common flu deaths as Coronavirus.

Wake up people! Open up our country! Stop living in fear!

GEAUX TIGERS!!!

a) this isn't the only high risk demo, and b) people refuse to acknowledge that it's not only about will you die or not, it's spreading it to someone who might be at high risk

oh, you're one of those people

this thing is way more contagious than the flu, and since it's brand new, we are still learning new stuff about it every day, hence the desire to be cautious

zero chance this will happen. The universities are keeping hope alive hoping the dollars keep rolling in, and even a partial season brings in some TV money. And I don't really blame them, since football pays for the entire athletic program.

But the season really has no chance of happening.

Sorry to acknowledge that - but it's reality.

40,000+ Americans die every year in car crashes.

You want to shut down the use of cars?

Didn't think so.

Season tickets account for right at 70,000. If we have to allow for visitors, that’ll bring it down further.

Still won’t believe it till it happens.

We're going with our season tickets. But I'll be awfully pissed if season ticket holders get full refunds and tickets go for $10 on game day and get seats better than us.
