Sucks that they are asking us to make this decision 6 weeks before the season starts... but I know it's so they can go to JBE with a reasonable request for fans in the stands?

What are season tix holders doing? Are you opting out? What happens if they only give us 1 ticket each (I have 3 btw)? Can we opt-out if we don't like what they give us? What about game-day parking?

Ugh.. what a mess.

Opted out and rolled to next year since there is so little information available.

What is the risk in waiting?

They don't play? Refund
They do play but don't allow fans? Refund
They do play and you don't get selected for tix? Refund
They do play and you get tickets? Go to the game or sell them.

Yeah, my gut tells me to roll the dice. Attending 5 SEC games in one year would be cool if they could pull it off.
But paying full-price for tix and getting a terrible game-day experience (no tailgating, no band, no crowd) seems awful. I could also see the cameras zooming in on pairs of fans sitting alone with noone else around, looking miserable, and then getting shamed on-air for not wearing a mask

then opt out

I still think you could easily get what you paid for them if they do play because there is going to be such a limited supply.

I just decided today....opted out, kept tickets for next year. Possibility of bad game day experience and possibility of seats being moved were deciding factors for me.

We have 4 tickets and we are opting IN. No action is required at this time for those opting IN. We are in this no matter where our seats are relocated nor how many tickets we get or to what games. We are IN!

I don't understand how they are making people decide before an announcement is made about fan attendance.

I'm a season ticket holder but I'm not doing anything... I think that means I'm opting in. Right?

Correct, if you don't do anything then you are telling LSU ticket office you want your season tickets for 2020.

Stay home and listen to it on the radio. Just don't tell anybody that you weren't there when Bama came to town and we beat their arse.

Opted out and rolled it to next season. Almost instant regret when I did.

I opted out the day they sent me the email, before I even knew what the deadline. Even though I have had my tickets for 25 years I way down the priority point list because I am not a member of TAF. So I doubt I would have actually gotten tickets anyway. All of that aside as much as I love being on campus on gameday and spending Saturday nights in Tiger Stadium. But I cannot imagine the huge shite trying to go to a game will be. I didn't want to deal with all of that, I put the money toward 2021.
