The bigger issue will be any evidence that there was collusion to file the injunction. Since it was filed in LA state court, I doubt South Carolina was involved in that plan

To support what legal theory? Even if Kiffin said "I think you should sue to assert your legal rights," how would that be relevant to any cause of action?

It doesn't matter, unless Kiffin has evidence of other coaches contacting them as well, and even then "well they did it too!" isn't a legal defense.
He's the only one being targeted unfortunately.

I would imagine the SEC wouldnt withold those cards if they had direct proof because if they really hated Kiffen that bad they'd just expel HIM from the league as fast as they could.

It was one of 60 pretty similar lawsuits from all over the country. Any attempt to isolate LSU or Louisiana falls apart under the slightest bit of scrutiny.
