re: As successful as he has been, the glaring central figure of the demise is Jay Johnson.

You can't discount the motivative factor of beating the reigning national champions. And you can't discount how difficult it can be for an SEC team to get excited to play a bunch of also-rans
So none of this is on JJ for his inability to motivate his team. JJ isn’t near the coach I thought he was then. The days of what Saban preached about playing to “our standard” regardless of opponent or score are gone.

You can’t have it both ways. Did he motivate the team last year? Some of y’all really don’t understand baseball.

Charlie Mac once said, it's not those players you miss on that kill you, but the ones you take.

Point me to where I said that.

Who gives a frick about your opinion? You've proven yourself to be really fricking stupid.

Ah, you're another one of those "fans" that doesn't understand that football and baseball are different sports.

You can argue that it’s partly his assistants, but he’s the head dude; he’s got to be accountable or he’s going to lose credibility. Either they swiffed on recruiting, or (and) they didn’t coach emup. He was obviously great in 23 and 25, but just fess up and take accountability. We will be in the mix asap.
Please stop with this and either be a fan or quit watching. It's a sport and there are ups and downs with recruiting, player development, injuries and a multitude of other factors. Jay Johnson is a fantastic coach who righted our ship and produced almost immediately. Go play checkers or something that you can handle.....

I don't think you know what the definition of demise is.

You really think Jay had hrs and hrs of time and opportunity’s to evaluate talent when the portal opened June 1st while they were winning a national championship and playing until June 22nd? They misssed but you can definitely see how it all manifested.

I expected for most to misinterpret my post. Maybe I could have posed it better, but my point was that I haven’t heard CJJ take any accountability for the lack of production from his team this year. Maybe I missed something, but he’s only criticized his teams play on the field.
He’s proved he’s a great coach, but if you don’t think the coaching staff could have done better this year, in recruiting and/or coaching/motivating players, then continue slamming my arse because I can’t help you.

No Jamar, you were very respectful and I thank you. I’m sorry for the misguided response as I was responding to the man who were slamming my arse lol.
