I think I am. CLM made the neccessary changes we needed this week. Etling will start the remainder of this year and next year and that will lead us into the Myles Brennan and Dylan Moses era. All I need to be fully locked in is a similar gameplan and play calling again this week that we saw against MSU

I wouldn't say I'm back on the bandwagon but I'm also not one of those blaming him for fumbling the ball.

Not fully. However I'm enjoying the games again and I like seeing the week-to-week improvement. In short, I have hope again.

No. He still needs to win 10+ games this year.

I am not.
We have progressed, it was a win, but we are nowhere near where we need to be to beat the November nightmares.

No, but I'm very pleased with what I'm seeing right now.

No

If we win out, sure, I'll agree he has to stay. If we lose a couple more games (which we will most likely with this OL), he has to go and we need make a long term, home run hire.

And try to keep Aranda.

Not at all. It only took him years to make obviously needed changes. He shouldn't be awarded for finally doling his job right after so many frick ups.

I would be surprised at this point if Les survives this year. I don't think hanging on to beat a miserable State team does much for him. We'll know a lot more after this road test. LSU plays much worse on the road in the last few years. If we have to escape Auburn (or can't escape them), the writing will be on the wall.

This. I'm far more encouraged than I was post-Wisky. Not that that means much, but still.

Nope.

I do recognize a lot of changes were made Saturday though. Made me happy.

Nope. I'm all in for Herman '17.

With that said, I don't hate coaching so much it makes my viewing experience miserable and I hate the world like most posters here.

I have zero expectations. If they lose, insort of expected it. If they win, what a great surprise! Two things could happen....

1) LSU can win out. Good times!

2). LSU loses 2-3 more games and Les is gone

A win either way

What's sad is Les ran all of his rope out being stubborn. If he'd adjusted in 2012 he would likely have a lot of good will. Now he's given himself no margin for error to keep his job. I don't think the budget saves him again.

I just go back to the who are you going to get realistically? I would rather Miles with no interference on offense over an unknown with a new hire. Wisconsin was bad! If he opens the playbook I'm ok with Miles. I think the stretch of at Fla, Ole Miss, Bama, at Ark will make or break him.
