Or maybe he's going to rehab for 21 days.

Ominous. The indeterminate date of return is especially troubling.

This is the kind of stuff that does not end well.

You are assuming its drug related. Either way, yeah TM7's situation didn't end well..

If there is a problem at least he is young enough and has the support to get it worked out. Same applies for whatever else it might be. All we can do is wish the man the best and hope to see him in the fall.

As long as he keeps up his conditioning, he'll be fine. He's already had a year in Aranda's system. However complex it is going to be, he's still the most ready to play defensive player, returning, from an "already developed" standpoint.

Any new wrinkles put in, he can probably pick up in a couple weeks.

I'm not worried as long as this is brief.

Look guys, i know a lot of y'all live in bubbles and don't understand things like this, but if Key had failed a drug test, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say he wouldn't have traveled to the game on Thanksgiving. He was hurt against Florida and was a game time decision, but must have missed curfew or something. Suspended players (and more often than not, injured ones) do not travel. I highly doubt LSU found out he failed a drug test weds night/thurs after already making the trip.

Seriously though, maybe he's just got mono and needs a few weeks away from conditioning, and the staff doesn't want him it to spread to the rest of the team on accident. Who knows? Baby momma drama? Sick family member? Religious fast? Who gives a shite, as long as he comes back "at an appropriate time," trust O and the team have his best interests and the team's best interests at heart and we continue to kick arse on D in the fall

What is it about LSU and this bullshite? We read about other universities kids getting arrested and nothing happens. We lose our top players.

We are doing something wrong in our administration(a least when it comes to fielding a competitive team).

Religious fast?

the statement he made on instagram sounds like this. maybe he's a Christian and has been backsliding in his faith. fasting and staying in prayer is mentioned multiple times in the bible.

I searched for "21 days prayer and fasting" and quite a few results returned.
