Why? we run alot of 4-3 already. We have mostly 4-3 personnel honestly, Lawerence, Chassion, Clark are 4-3 guys. In this era it doesn't really matter what you call it we generally rush 4 and call our DE's outside linebackers. I'm more concerned about him teaching zone coverage assignments and technique.

Coach O was not making what Aranda is making and taking over a Rutgers program does not warrant the salary that LSU programs pays. I don't think Aranda would take a cut in pay for that job but it would not be more than what he is making now. The O comparison is not warranted here.
